Terms and Conditions
By making a payment, you accept all the terms of use, and this is no longer subject to refunds.
All illustrations are subject to the following terms of use, which may be subject to changes based on client needs but may incur additional costs or be rejected by me.
1. Work Method
1.1. Before starting any commission, the client must pay either half or the full amount of the order. In the case of partial payment, the remaining balance will be paid upon approval of the sketch. If not paid, the order will not proceed.
1.2. During the sketching process, the client has the option to make 3 significant changes to the artwork.
1.3. During rendering, the client has the option for 2 changes, which cannot be significant (e.g., color change, texture change, etc.).
1.4. Project updates will be sent if the client desires.
2. Use of the Artwork
The term “artwork” refers to any product ordered from me.
2.1. The artwork is not subject to commercial use rights. Therefore, the client cannot use it in derivative monetization media, including posters, reselling the artwork, any type of games (excluding tabletop role-playing games), prints on clothing or other items. However, this point can be negotiated for such use.
2.2. The artwork can be used in non-directly related commercial media, such as monetized videos, avatars (excluding Vtubers or similar), book or novel illustrations, 3D modeling, and web comics (character sheets or similar).
2.3. The created artwork can be used by Ensô Won (myself) on my respective social networks and monetization pages as rewards for followers (these will be of lower resolution and with client authorization, excluding Fan Art).
2.4. Proper credits should always be given, both by me and the client.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
3.1. Orders can be canceled with a refund within 24 hours of placing the order (currently applicable only to direct orders).
3.2. In the case of partial payment for the artwork and a desire to cancel after 24 hours, no refund will be provided, and the sketch will be delivered.
3.3. If the artwork is fully paid for and cancellation is desired after 24 hours, 50% of the cost will be refunded via PayPal. Taxes and/or PayPal fees will be borne by the client, meaning they won’t receive the full 50% of the artwork cost (PayPal charges a 5.4% fee for receiving money).

Términos y Condiciones
Con el pago realizado aceptas todos los términos de uso, y esto ya no esta sujeto a devoluciones.
Todas la ilustraciones están sujetas a los siguientes términos de uso, estos términos pueden estar sujetos a cambios según la necesidad del cliente, pero conllevaran a costos adicionales o pueden ser rechazadas por mi parte.
1. Método de trabajo.
1.1. antes de inicio de cualquier comisión se deberá pagar la mitad o totalidad de pedido, en caso del pago parcial se pagara el saldo al aprobarse el boceto, en caso de no cancelarse no se continuara con el pedido.
1.2. el cliente durante el proceso de bocetado, tiene la opción a hacer 3 cambios significativos a la obra.
1.3. el cliente tiene opción a 2 cambios durante el render, estos cambios no pueden ser significativo ( por ejemplo: cambio de color, cambio de textura, etc.)
1.4. se enviaran actualizaciones del proyecto se el cliente lo desea.
2. Uso de la Obra
Se hace referencia a obra a cualquier producto pedido a mi persona
2.1. La obra no esta sujeta a derechos de uso comercial, por lo cual el cliente no lo puede usar en medios de monetización derivados, estos pueden ser: posters o similares, reventas de la obra, Juegos de cualquier tipo (no incluye a juegos de rol de mesa), estampados o cualquier otro método impresión en prendas o artículos varios. Este punto puede ser negociado para tal uso.
2.2. la obra si puede ser usada en medios comerciales no relacionados directamente con la obra, como en videos monetizados, avatares (esto no incluye Vtubers o similares), ilustración de libros o novelas, modelado 3D y web comic o similares (Fichas de Personajes o similares).
2.3. la obra creada puede ser usada por Ensô Won (Mi persona), en mis respectivas redes y paginas de monetización, siendo parte de recompensas para seguidores (estas serán de resolución menor y bajo la autorización del cliente, esto no incluye a Fan Art).
2.4. Siempre dar las respectivas menciones, esto será por mi parte y la del cliente.
3. Devoluciones y cancelaciones
3.1. Se puede cancelar el pedido con devolución del dinero hasta 24 horas después del pedido (actualmente solo para los pedidos directos).
3.2. En caso de un pago parcial de la obra y se desee la cancelación, pasada las 24 horas, no se realizara la devolución del dinero y se entregara el boceto.
3.3. En caso de un pago total de la obra y se desee la cancelación, pasada las 24 horas, se devolverá el 50% del costo vía PayPal, los taxes y/o comisiones de PayPal serán cancelados por parte del cliente, esto quiere decir que no recibirá la totalidad del 50% del costo de la obra(PayPal cobra por recepción de dinero un 5.4%).Cualquier duda, puede comunicarse con migo vía mail, estaré dispuesto a contestar cualquiera de ellas.
